We believe in giving the best and for that you don’t have to be charged phenomenal rates. Through an optimal utilization of our own proprietary network infrastructure and tying up with world class networking companies we are able to provide the lowest long distance rates in the market.
How do I make a call?
 
After you have purchased a plan (Prepaid or Monthly), call our Local Access number, anywhere from US or Canada – We have access numbers from most states and from provinces of Canada. When prompted, dial the number you want to reach in India. Starting with Country Code (91 for India) and then the local number (land line or cell phone). No need of dialing starting with ‘011’.
Can I make calls with my cell phone?
 
Yes! You can make calls within the U.S. and Canada to more than 250 countries from your cell phone! Making international calls with your cell phone is easy - and the same great Raytel rates apply. You may, however, incur airtime charges or additional charges depending on your cellular service plan. Consult your cellular provider for details.
Do I have a local Access number to call – as I don’t have long distance options in my land line?
 
YES. We have local numbers for most of the areas in USA and Canada. In case you are looking for a specific area code, please write to us or call our support line – we can arrange to get a local access number. We also have a TOLL Free number which would cost 3cents more per minute. However TOLL free number is not available for Monthly Customers
Are there any additional charges?
 
At Raytel Communications we don’t believe in hidden charges – There is a No connection fee, there is NO monthly service fee that applies to all accounts, there is no service fee while renewing the plan.
Why do you offer Prepaid and Monthly subscription plans?
 
Monthly plans are for customers who have a need to make calls to India on a regular basis and speak for longer time. We offer the best deal in the business. Prepaid minutes are for customers who want options to call anywhere in the world using one plan. The validity depends on the Plan.
Why must I register to subscribe or buy your Service?
 
Due to Internet fraud we are required to know who the subscribing person is. Further it will also help us reach out to you easily for better deals or for specialized customer service.
Can I cancel and rejoin again
 
Absolutely, anytime you can cancel and rejoin our services. But if you cancel, we don’t refund the unused minutes and also it does not carry forward when you join back.
How do I protect my credit card information?
 
Security is our priority; we don’t store any credit card information in our website. We use Authorize.net & PayPal to handle all our payments. Authorize.net & Paypal is the industry standard in credit card processing..
Can I see my calls and charges?
 
Call Details up to last call is available in the System. Use your Raytel Registered Email ID and Password to login and check your calls details. While there you can also update your Account information.
More about Monthly Plans
 
  • Our monthly plan is to India (all routes) and to 39 other countries (some restrictions apply)
  • The Billing month starts the day you purchase a Monthly Plan with us and is valid for 30 days.
  • All Monthly plans have a limit – example 3000 minutes for $29.99. Your Account will be up for renewal if 3000 minutes is used up before the anniversary day.
  • Monthly plans allows only PINLESS calling. That is the system will recognize the number you are calling from and if it’s a registered number it will allow you make a call.
  • Depending on the plan. One or two USA based numbers will be programmed.
  • Monthly Customers cannot call from non registered (PINLESS) Phones.
  • 3 minutes rounding-up of all Monthly Plan calls
   
What happens if I go over my monthly minutes?
 
You can continue to make calls if you go over your monthly minutes, but those calls will be charged at a rate of 5 cents per minute. You will see a separate charge on your statement for additional minute calls. However our friendly support team will get in touch with you to remove.
Why was I charged twice in a month?
 
Raytelcom services have a recurring monthly charge – which means we charge you every month for your monthly service fee for that upcoming month. We also charge for any additional billable calls you have made from the prior month.
Does my unused minute roll over from one month to the next?
 
No. Unused minutes expire on the last day of the Plan – it’s not carried over to the next month.
Can I cancel and rejoin again?
